We can originate loans for clients purchasing or refinancing properties within Australia, regardless of whether you reside locally, interstate, or even internationally.
Bluefin Finance assesses the loan offerings of individual lending institutions. We have access to a broad cross-section of the lending community, including major lending institutions, some of the smaller ones, and also non-bank lenders. This gives us a broader base from which to help you find and obtain the best loan for your situation.
Our consultants have a wealth of experience having worked in private banking, car and equipment finance, and the broader mortgage industry for some time. All our loan writers are Accredited Mortgage Consultants (AMCs) with the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA).

Once the loan is submitted, we will drive the whole process for you. We will chase up the approval, and will conduct all the liaison between the relevant agencies such as your bank, your solicitor, and your real estate agent etc. Our job doesn’t finish until well after you are happy in your new home.
Upon unconditional approval, we will track the loan process through to settlement, ensuring the right people are sending the right documents at the right times, and to the right addresses.
